Juan joined Pérez-Llorca in 2008 and was appointed partner in January 2019.
Experience
Juan is a partner in the Economic Criminal Law and Investigations team at Pérez-Llorca. He has participated in criminal procedures and investigations related to economic crimes, extraditions, execution of European arrest and surrender warrants and other procedures for the execution of instruments of international judicial cooperation in criminal matters. Likewise, Juan advises clients, national and foreign, in the framework of corporate investigations as well as in relation to their internal policies for the prevention of crimes or in matters of prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Juan participates as a professor in the Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, teaching the subject related to crimes against intellectual property through web pages, and he also teaches classes in the Master’s Degree in International Law at ISDE and in the Master’s Degree in International Law.
