Daniel Josué Zavala joined the firm as a junior lawyer in the Conflict Resolution Department and the Corporate/Commercial Department in 2021. He has more than 3 years of experience as a lawyer, focusing on labor litigation.
Before joining DMK Abogados, Daniel was part of the litigation team at one of the Dominican law firms. Some of his most recent cases include defending hotels, call centers and construction companies against lawsuits filed by employees.
Since his beginnings in the study of the career, he was part of the litigation team of a local law firm, focused on labor litigation.
