David Kock is a skilled litigator with more than 30 years of experience. He is based in the Dutch Caribbean (Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire & St Maarten) and also assists clients in Colombia. He repeatedly appears as counsel at the Supreme Court in the Hague in Criminal cases. Due to the complex matters and high stakes involved in many of the legal proceedings in which he is the acting attorney, these are frequently reported in the media.
Besides litigation he also advises clients in business transactions, intellectual property, employment and estate matters.
Being multilingual makes it easy to communicate in his transnational practice with his clients.
