Iván joined Pérez-Llorca in 1999 and was appointed Partner in January 2007.
In 2015 he launched Pérez-Llorca’s New York office and ran it for five years.
In 2021 he rejoins the Madrid office where he continues to advise on complex transactions and matters, which he combines with his responsibilities in Pérez-Llorca’s international practice being responsible for the LatAm Desk.
In 2002, he worked for a few months in the London offices of Slaughter and May.

Iván has more than 20 years of experience and is specialized in mergers and acquisitions of listed or unlisted companies, venture capital operations and corporate and commercial matters in general.
He advises both industrial groups and funds on large-scale, transnational operations and in diverse sectors. His focus on LatAm has allowed him to participate, advising clients from that region, in some of the most relevant operations in the Spanish market.
