Nelys Rivas has been part of the firm since 2013, working on civil and criminal disputes as well as family matters.

Nelys Rivas deals in family matters, particularly in the area of divorce, child support and acknowledgement of parental rights. She is likewise well acquainted with civil and commercial disputes.

In criminal matters, she represents corporate clients in actions related to industrial property and counterfeiting. She also represents clients who have been victims of intra-family violence, among others.
