Javier is an attorney specialized on taxes, with large experience in tax advice achieved by providing services to financial, and insurance entities and groups of national and international entities in Due Diligence procedures, restructuring and tax planning, as well as studying complex tax matters. Additionally, Javier has also worked at one of the most important financial institutions in the national financial landscape, advising on the Group’s Real Estate operations, which has given him extensive knowledge of the tax implications derived from real estate operations, as well as financial operations.
