Fernando is partner at Consortium Legal - Honduras. With 15 years of experience in the sectors of energy, telecommunication, TV, radio and real state; he has an extensive experience providing advice on corporate matters that operate in Honduras in the area of renewable energy, construction, telecommunication and real state. He also is specialized in state contracting, structuring large-scale projects, and has participated in processes of study and evaluation of public-private partnerships. He is specialized in employee management and in all types of processes related to the development, negotiation and termination of employment contracts in all stages. In addition to direct advice on employer-employee relations, he is a legal advisor in management and resolution of labor disputes between employers and their employees, with an extensive practice in negotiations of extrajudicial agreements and litigation related to employment.
