Mario Quesada Bianchini

Mario Quesada Bianchini is a partner at Consortium Legal - Costa Rica and focuses his practice in the commercial, banking and finance areas of law, especially in the acquisition of banking and other financial institutions, leading their integration process and mergers.
Along his career, he has participated in the design and documentation of cross-border financing transactions in Central America and has represented banks and other multilateral financial institutions in local and multi-jurisdiction transactions. He advised financial institutions in their relation with the regulators, as well as in the design of local and multijurisdictional corporate loans with different collateral structures. Has also participated in asset securitization as well as in bond and stock issuance. He is part of the Citibank Costa Rica, S.A., Board of Directors.
