He has advised clients in protecting intangible assets and technologies, trademark infringements, patents, copyrights, and acts of Unfair Competition before Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Court.
In addition, he has experience in the analysis and elaboration of legal strategies in contentious administrative matters and proceedings before INAPI, the Industrial Property Court, and the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center of NIC Chile.
