Her practice focuses on administrative, constitutional and regulatory law, advising various national and international clients, as well as public agencies and companies, on all types of matters directly or indirectly related to the public sector in Chile, including concession granting processes, public procurement, negotiation and development of public-private partnerships, litigation before state administration bodies, ordinary and special courts of justice, the Public Procurement Court and the Constitutional Court, legal defense against sanctions issued by public entities, advice regarding sectorial regulations in various markets, public policies and legislative matters, as well as issues related to the Transparency Law

Previously, she worked as associate in the Intellectual Property group and her practice focused on the resolution of civil and criminal disputes related to the infringement of intellectual and industrial rights, as well as public bids, direct contracts and, in general, contracting executed by government agencies.
