Diego González-Aguirre has over twenty years of experience advising companies on a wide range of labor and employment law matters, notably on general employment advice, benefits and compensations, labor aspects of merger and acquisitions, subcontracting structures, union strategy and collective bargaining, individual and collective labor litigation, social security, and immigration. Diego was part of the Labor & Employment practice groups of Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa, and Baker McKenzie. Recently, he was partner of EY Law and leader of the Labor & Employment Law practice.
