Hernán Pacheco O., LL.M, partner, is Director of the Corporate and Business division of the firm and specializes in business and corporate law. He is listed by Chambers Global Latin America 2009 as ‘best in his field’ in the Corporate/Commercial category. He is vastly experienced in cross-border transactions and has advised both local and foreign clients on M & As in Costa Rica and abroad. He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association, International Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. He has lectured at numerous legal and business conferences worldwide on subjects such as trade and investment, infrastructure development, government procurement and private concessions programs, franchising, distribution and agency and dispute resolution.
