Luis is the Legal Director of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in the Madrid office. Prior to joining PWC-Landwell, he worked in the Corporate Department of PWC-Landwell, specializing in general corporate law, shareholders agreements, and in particular, mergers and acquisitions of companies and businesses, as well as commercial contracts; and Civil / Real Estate Law: horizontal divisions, sale of properties, urban leases, and inheritances.
