Luis is an associate in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity department in the Madrid office.
He advises a wide range of clients from different sectors (including technology, industrials and business services), both national and international, in mergers and acquisitions transactions. Luis has worked with private equity firms, as well with market-relevant corporations seeking to expand their business in Spain. He also advises in cross-border M&A, especially for Latin America. In addition, he has also advised private equity managers in their compliance with Spanish private equity regulation.
Lastly, he provides general corporate advise and corporate day-to-day services to national and international companies.
