She has more than 8 years of experience in the corporate department, advising on corporate matters and group restructuring transactions (i.e. mergers, spin-offs, dissolutions and liquidations, etc.) for both national and international clients.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, he worked in the Corporate Department of one of the Big Four.
