Thania is a Partner at EY Law in Dominican Republic. She is experienced Dominican and Spanish lawyer with over 18 years of experience, she practiced law in Spain focusing her practice on Corporate, Intellectual Property, Data Protection, International Commercial and Employment law with the law firms of other Big Four. In 2013 and in Dominican Republic, she practiced Corporate, Financial, Contractual Engineering, Capital Markets, Infrastructure, PPP, M&A, Labor and Migration.
Thania’s knowledge of business enables her to bring added value to clients by using legal tools to achieve the business objectives of clients.
Thania also has particularly significant experience assisting local, regional and european clients doing business in the Dominican Republic on the buy-side and sell-side of acquisitions, due diligence, financial structuring, corporate governance, syndicated loan agreements, energy and infrastructure investments. She has advised on significant national and international due diligences, merges and acquisition and its post integration.

Licenciado por la Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra de Santo Domingo (PUCMM) y por la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB).
Experiencia en Administración de Empresas y especialización en arbitraje.
