Allen & Overy and Linklaters advised in Endesa transaction
Allen & Overy advised The Royal Bank of Scotland as agent of e1,5 billion club deal provided to Endesa. The facility was signed on 11 February 2003 and involved the following banks: La Caixa, Caja Madrid, Banco Popular, ING-BBL, Banesto, Crédit Agricole Indosuez, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, BNP Paribas, HSBC, Bank of China, Bayerische Landesbank Gironzentrale y WestLB.
Iñigo Gómez-Jordana led the team, which included Ignacio Ruiz-Cámara, Peter Bowring and Jimena Urretavizcaya, all of them based in the Madrid office of Allen & Overy.
