BTG Pactual e Inverlink create a new real estate investment assets manager

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal advisor for both BTG Pactual Comisionista de Bolsa S.A. and Inverlink Estructuras Inmobiliarias S.A.S, in connection with the creation of a new real estate asset manager "Visum Capital S.A.S." which will act as the manager of Visum Rentas Inmobiliarias Collective Investment Fund, which is the result of the merger between Collective Investment Fund BTG Pactual Rentas Inmobiliarias, managed by BTG Pactual S.A. stock broker company, and Real Estate Income Sub-Fund of Inverlink Estructuras Inmobiliarias Private Equity Fund, managed by Alianza Fiduciaria S.A.

The resulting merged fund, Visum Rentas Inmobiliarias Collective Investment Fund has assets under management in excess of COP $ 1.4 billion.
