Cleary Gottlieb and EY Law Mexico advise Unifin in Exchange Offer and 144A/Reg S Senior Notes issuance.

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York and EY Law Mexico (Mancera, S.C.) in Mexico City advised Mexican leading leasing company Unifin Financiera, S.A.B. de C.V. in connection with an exchange offer for up to US$200.0 million principal amount, targeting three series of outstanding senior notes due 2022, 2023 and 2025 previously issued by the company and the issuance of US$400.0 million principal amount of 9.875% senior notes due 2029.
