DLA Piper adds Corporate and M&A Counsel María Eugenia Carbó in Buenos Aires

DLA Piper has appointed María Eugenia Carbó as Counsel in its Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practices in Buenos Aires, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in corporate transactions, corporate governance, and cross-border matters.

Carbó advises domestic and international companies on complex corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate law. She is admitted to practice law in both Argentina and the State of New York and has advised on regional and international transactions across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States.
