DLA Piper announces new co-managing partners in Mexico
DLA Piper is excited to announce the appointment of Mauricio Valdespino and Edgar Romo as co-managing partners of the Mexico City office.
Both partners also lead regional practice groups, with Valdespino focusing on the Corporate M&A group and Romo on the Finance group. Valdespino specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity, while Romo brings extensive expertise in debt finance, project finance, and infrastructure.
Their appointment as co-managing partners marks a significant step in the growth of the firm’s Mexico City office, which consists of 50 lawyers across various practices and industries.
