Davis Polk advises Banco de Crédito del Perú on issuance of subordinated bonds worth $750 million  

 

Davis Polk has advised Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) in connection with an offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 6.450% subordinated fixed-to-fixed-rate notes due 2035 (callable 2030) under its existing medium-term notes program. The notes were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act.

The proceeds from the offering will be used by BCP for general corporate purposes, including, among other things, refinancing of outstanding obligations.

Based in Lima, Peru, BCP is the largest commercial bank in Peru, providing a full range of corporate, retail and investment banking products to clients through a nationwide distribution network.
