GOH welcomes Antonio José Núñez Trujillo as Partner and Claudia Barrantes as Associate Director  

Colombian firm Godoy Hoyos has announced the incorporation of Antonio José Núñez Trujillo as a new partner in the Corporate, Financial and Business Law area, and Claudia Barrantes as the new Associate Director of the Administrative Law and Infrastructure department.

From Antonio José’s academic training, we can highlight his Masters in Law from Harvard University and his Business Administration Studies at INSEAD. On his extensive professional experience, he has acted as Legal Vice President of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, Legal Vice President and Compliance officer at Citibank, and Business Strategy Manager at Accenture in London, as well as years of practice both at his own firm and other law firms.

His robust profile is furtherly enriched by his experience as an Arbitrator for important Arbitration Centers in the country and his dedication to public service in entities such as the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, Bancoldex and, more recently, as Delegate Attorney of the Nation of Colombia.

The Firm has stated that it is a source of pride and joy to welcome Antonio José, and that his shared values ​​and vast experience will deepen and strengthen the service to their clients.

In the same way, the Administrative Law and Infrastructure team will once again be led by Claudia Patricia Barrantes Venegas, who, in recent years, has been working an Assistant Magistrate of the Council of State, Legal Director of important companies in the sector such as Sacyr, and Professor of Administrative Law and State Contracting at the Universidad del Rosario, as well as having acted as an Arbitrator at the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.

Finally, the Firm has announced that the Litigation team will now integrate all the dispute resolution areas under the joint direction of Catalina Hoyos, Claudia Barrantes and Antonio Núñez.
