IFLR honours ARIAS with three awards, including Central American Corporate Law Firm of the Year  

IFLR has awarded ARIAS with three major awards in recognition of its work on the most innovative cross-border legal transactions completed in 2023.

The prizes are:

- Central American Corporate Law Firm of the Year
- El Salvador Law Firm of the Year
- Nicaragua Law Firm of the Year

The awards were accepted by Mario Lozano - Partner, El Salvador; Roberta Gallardo - Managing Partner, El Salvador; Mario Agüero - Partner, Honduras; and Ana Teresa Rizo - Managing Partner, Nicaragua.

About the IFLR Awards:
During the annual research, IFLR editors examine multi-jurisdictional transactions structured from Canada to Chile to highlight work that has innovated legal schemes, introduced new structures and tools, redefined regulatory frameworks and established precedents useful for cross-border dealmaking, as well as the teams and firms behind the deals, their work and integrity.

Throughout the year, IFLR recognises the top firms in the Americas with the IFL Latin America Awards; the Women in Business Law Awards; and the Legal Benchmarking Group DEI Awards, which celebrate and recognise diversity, equity and inclusion.
