Kevin Kelley joins Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in New York

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP announced that Kevin Kelley has joined the Firm's New York office as a partner. Kelley is a member of the Corporate Department and the Corporate Transactions and Securities practice group. Kelley was formerly the global head of Clifford Chance's US Securities Group.

Kelley?s practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and securities transactions particularly those involving non-US issuers engaging in US public and private securities offerings and exchange offers. He has significant expertise representing issuers and underwriters in global public and 144A offerings of debt and equity securities, compliance with US securities laws and NYSE and Nasdaq listings by foreign issuers, exchange offers, private placements and privatizations.
