Foreign agents law published in the official gazette 

Arias -  The Official Gazette dated May 30, 2025, which includes the publication of the Foreign Agents Law, is now available on the website of the National Printing Office.

With this publication, the eight-day period begins, which determines when the Law will take effect. Based on the official publication date in the Official Gazette, the Law will formally enter into force on June 8, 2025.

Entities subject to the law must register with the Foreign Agents Registry (RAEX) within 90 calendar days from the effective date.

It is essential for each organization or legal entity to assess its specific circumstances to determine whether it is required to register under the law and whether it may qualify for an exemption from its obligations.
