Molinos transferred to Bunge its oil business in Russia

Molinos Rio de la Plata S.A. (?Molinos?), through its subsidiary Molinos International S.A., signed, last October, different agreements with Bunge Cyprus Limited, subsidiary of Bunge S.A. ("Bunge"), to perform the transfer of its oil business, under the trademark IDEAL, in Russia and in the CIS Countries.

This transaction, that will be closing next January 3rd, 2005, involved a total amount of United States Dollars 19.3 million.

Molinos was advised by its local attorneys, Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani, through partners Siro P. Astolfi and Juan Carlos Ojam (the latter with respect to intellectual property law matters) and associates Mariano L. Luchetti and Jorge L. Garnier. In Ukraine, Baker & Mc Kenzie through his attorneys Oksana Shovkoplyas and Ihor Olekhov rendered counsel to Molinos.

Javier Rodríguez Galli (General Counsel of Molinos) and internal attorneys Ana Carina Turco Grecco and Hortensia de Monasterio gave in-house counsel.

Bunge was advised by its General Counsel Jorge Frías and its internal attorney Olga Matta. Also, Squire, Senders and Dempsey (Russian and Ukrainian offices) through its partner David Wack advised Bunge in this transaction.
