New ANCI instruction requires registration on cybersecurity platform
Alessandri - Starting June 11, 2025, all public and private entities that provide essential services must register on the National Cybersecurity Agency’s incident reporting platform. Failure to comply could result in fines of up to CLP 343.925.000.
The National Cybersecurity Agency (ANCI) has issued General Instruction No. 1, which establishes the obligation for all public and private institutions that provide services classified as essential, in accordance with Law No. 21,663 Cybersecurity Framework (CFL), to register on its incident reporting platform.
Implications of this instruction:
This instruction will enter into force on June 11, 2025.
