Pérez-Llorca has incorporated Silvia Mañá and Bojan Radovanovic as new partners in its Barcelona office. With these appointments, the Firm strengthens its Urban Planning and Corporate areas, boosting the growth of both practices in this office and contributing to the strategic development of the practice in Barcelona.

Silvia Mañá specializes in Town Planning Law and Public Law, with over twenty years of experience advising national and international companies on planning, management, execution, and urban discipline matters. Her practice focuses on the comprehensive support of complex urban planning operations and projects, linked to the development of land, existing buildings, and activities, offering advice throughout all phases of the urban implementation process. She has also provided continuous advice in administrative proceedings and relations with public and private entities, in addition to assuming legal defense in contentious-administrative appeals. Academically, Mañá is a professor at Esade and the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).

Bojan Radovanovic has over seventeen years of experience in the field of commercial law. He specializes in advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and his practice focuses on supporting industrial groups, private equity funds, and financial entities in business and asset purchase and sale processes, transnational operations, corporate law, and corporate governance. He has also advised on numerous debt financing transactions. Furthermore, he serves as non-director secretary on the boards of companies across various industrial sectors. Radovanovic is currently an associate professor of commercial law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has collaborated with various initiatives in his field of specialization with IESE Business School.
