Tozzini, Freire, Teixeira e Silva Advogados, is glad to welcome the partners, associates and support staff of Cardoso, Tibães e Gaspar Advogados Associados, a firm specialized in labor and employment law. The new team shall enhance the activities of Tozzini, Freire Teixeira e Silva Advogados in the State of Rio de Janeiro and will allow Tozzini, Freire Teixeira e Silva to establish a local presence in the State of Espírito Santo.

According to José Luis de Salles Freire, founding partner of Tozzini, Freire, Teixeira e Silva Advogados, clients from both firms will benefit from this integration: "while those of Cardoso, Tibães e Gaspar Advogados Associados will gain a full-service firm, our clients will also benefit from the broad labor and employment law experience of Cardoso, Tibães e Gaspar Advogados in the states of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo. The importance of the Rio de Janeiro market to the domestic economy - especially in the financial, services, energy, oil and gas and steel sectors - was one of the factors that prompted the integration.
