TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised on the creation of the "PARETO Series 3" Financial Trust

TCA Tanoira Cassagne acted as deal counsel for the transaction in the issuance of the new trust "PARETO Series 3" (the "Trust"), under the Global Trust Securities Program "PARETO" (the "Program").

TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as trustee and issuer (the "Trustee") and Espacio Digital S.A. acted as trustee (the "Trustee"), in the issuance of trust debt securities under the Trust, for a face value of $521,058,000.

StoneX Securities S.A. participated as arranger and underwriter of the Trust and First Corporate Finance Advisors S.A. participated as financial advisor to the Trust.

The purpose of the issuance was to finance the Trustee through the assignment to the Trust of personal loans granted by the latter through its digital platform, being its instrumentation exclusively electronic.

Espacio Digital S.A. is a Fintech that specializes in providing digital services to individuals, focused on the consumer finance business.

The CNV authorized the Trust and the public offering of the trust debt securities on March 14, 2024.
