Alejandro Osma Jiménez joined Pérez-Llorca in 2002 and was appointed partner in 2013. He has extensive professional experience in corporate law and real estate, energy and infrastructure transactions. He is also a member of Pérez-Llorca’s Pro Bono Committee.
In 2006, Alejandro worked temporarily as a secondee at the New York office of Dewey Ballantine, LLP, where he joined the project finance team and participated in several international project acquisition and financing transactions.
In 2010, Alejandro also worked as an international associate at the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, advising listed companies in Latin America on various corporate transactions, including OHL México (one of the country’s leading transport infrastructure operators) on its IPO.
Experience
Alejandro specialises in advising domestic and international clients on all types of transactions involving the real estate market and energy sector, and the development, execution and acquisition of energy and infrastructure projects. He also advises on corporate transactions involving companies in the real estate and energy sectors, including joint ventures, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He also teaches on the UC3M-ISDE Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession.
His main clients include domestic and international investors, investment funds, banks, insurance companies, domestic and international developers, end operators, and industrial and services companies.
