Andrea has built her career in administrative law and M&A, focusing on regulated markets such as life sciences, healthcare, food, medical devices and cosmetics, among others.
She has extensive experience advising local and international clients on administrative proceedings, public tenders, health-related administrative proceedings, market entry, clinical trials and life sciences M&A, among other matters.
