Graduated from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, San Salvador (law degree, 1984). Joined the firm in 1993.
He is currently a partner in the Litigation Division.

Member and adviser to the Asociación Salvadoreña de Diseñadores Gráficos (CROMA), founding member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in El Salvador (AmCham), and currently chair of that committee.
He teaches intellectual property law and civil procedure at several local universities and lectures on arbitration.
He has also taught seminars on intellectual property rights in the context of DR-CAFTA, covering trademarks and copyright.
He was appointed by the Culture Commission of the Honorable Supreme Court of Justice to lecture on intellectual property and international trade.
