Diego Meléndez Hirezi

Diego has participated in different negotiations, legal audits, transactions of various kinds, extrajudicial collection processes; At the same time, he supports companies in the preparation and advice of legal opinions in different areas such as construction, energy, environmental, criminal, civil and commercial, regulatory, arbitration, among other sectors.

Diego joined the litigation team in 2017, he has experience in the areas of consumer law, administrative, constitutional and commercial law. He has advised national and international companies dedicated to various fields, including: aviation, construction, telecommunications, energy, agriculture, advertising, pharmaceutical laboratories, banking, production, merchandise transportation, among others, supporting the processing of sanctioning administrative procedures before various public institutions, and processing of judicial procedings of a diverse nature, such as civil, commercial, contentious administrative, criminal, among others.
