Felipe García Hernández

Felipe joined the Círculo Legal team in 2004 after serving as Legal Counsel to the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha. He is an expert in compliance, litigation, and arbitration. He holds a Master’s degree in Legal Counsel from the Instituto de Empresa. He is an arbitrator with the European Court of Arbitration and has been a member of the International Board of Directors of the World Compliance Association (WCA) since its inception in 2017.
