Profile
Fernando is a partner at Consotium Legal - Honduras. He has 15 years of experience in the energy, telecommunications and real estate sectors, advising companies operating in Honduras on corporate matters in renewable energy, construction, telecommunications, television, radio and real estate. He also specializes in government contracting and the structuring of large-scale projects, and has taken part in the review and assessment of public-private partnerships. He specializes in employee management and all types of processes related to the development, negotiation and termination of employment contracts at every stage. In addition to advising directly on employer-employee relations, he advises on the management and resolution of employment disputes between employers and employees, with extensive experience in negotiating out-of-court settlements and employment-related litigation.
He currently teaches at the Faculty of Law at UNITEC Tegucigalpa.
