Juan Carlos Machuca

Juan Carlos Machuca joined Uría Menéndez Madrid in 1996. He has worked in the London office since January 2000 and is currently its managing partner. His practice focuses on corporate, banking and finance law, collective investment schemes, private equity and capital markets. He also advises on mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and corporate restructurings. In 2007, he received the 40 under Forty Award, through which Iberian Lawyer recognises excellence among the new generation of young lawyers in the Iberian Peninsula.
