Leopoldo E. García-Mansilla

Lawyer, graduated from the Law School of Universidad del Salvador.

Degree in AgriFoodTech, graduated from Universidad Austral.

Master in Business Law, graduated from Universidad Austral.

He is in charge of the Department of Corporate Law of the firm. He has large experience in advising on the structuring of new businesses and in setting up complex corporate structures.

His general practice is focused on advising entities from different industries, both local and multinational, on general corporate advice, international transactions, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters and investment projects. He also has extensive experience in advising on agribusiness and family estate planning.

He has extensive experience in litigation related to corporate disputes and complex transactions.
