María Isabel Pinilla

She has vast experience in civil, judicial and criminal proceedings, since she belonged to the litigation team of a well-known law firm.

María Isabel joined the Litigation Department in April 2023, where she is in charge of dealing with civil litigation processes, foreclosures and legal collections. Her area of expertise is based on the filing and processing of civil processes, derived from contractual and non-contractual liability, for the recovery of delinquent loan portfolio. Like her, the execution of precautionary measures to guarantee the result of the processes.
