Pilar París joins Araoz & Rueda as a new M&A Partner 

Spanish law firm Araoz & Rueda has appointed Pilar París as a new partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A department, to continue to boost the growth in this important area of the firm’s practice.

Pilar París, formerly Principal Associate at Deloitte Legal, has more than 15 years of experience advising on M&A national and cross-border transactions in all kind of sectors, being also specialised in start-up investments.

J.D. from the Universidad de Sevilla and Master’s Degree in PROGESA-ESADE (Leadership and Management Programme for Executive Women), she has led the "Start me Up project" by Deloitte Legal, an initiative for the start-up sector she founded in 2016. Prior to joining Deloitte, París worked in the corporate and real estate departments at Cuatrecasas and Montero-Aramburu.

The landing of this new partner comes at a time when the firm is celebrating 30 years of history as one of the most reputable and recognised law firms in Spain in Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity, where they have managed to position in Tier 1 of Chambers & Partners in the category of Corporate/M&A: Mid-Cap.
