Constantino Pérez Salgado, new head of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo’s New York office
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has appointed Constantino Pérez Salgado as the new partner in charge of its New York office, succeeding Fernando Igartua, who has held this position since January 2022. The firm’s New York office is an important asset in the Firm’s business development strategy, as it brings us closer to North American clients, to whom we provide advice on Spanish, Portuguese and EU regulatory matters, while serving as a point of liaison with Latin America. Constantino will also remain co-head of the Firm’s LatAm Desk.
About Constantino Pérez Salgado:
Constantino specialises in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financings. He works on a recurring basis with companies, financial institutions and investment funds in transactions in Spain, Latin America and the United States. He is admitted as an attorney in New York and Spain. He holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona. He holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from ESADE Law School and an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University in New York.
