Experience

Aurora is a lawyer in the Corporate area. She collaborates in company and asset purchase and sale operations, from the preparation of Due Diligence reports to the preparation and negotiation of contracts. She also advises on corporate law matters.

Prior to her incorporation into the Corporate area, Aurora has provided support during her rotation in the Tax Law team in relation to inspection procedures, contentious-administrative claims and advice to clients in the preparation of Tax returns. Physical Persons.
