Morales Barrón arrives accompanied by a team of lawyers to meet the growing demand for high-level specialised legal services in one of the most dynamic regions of the country, leading a key team to strengthen Pérez-Llorca’s presence in the country.

With a track record of more than 25 years’ experience in corporate and transactional law, Morales Barrón has advised multinational and local companies on highly complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, structuring strategic alliances, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. His experience, track record and in-depth knowledge of the business environment consolidate him as a benchmark in the Mexican market, particularly in Monterrey, a city renowned for its economic and industrial dynamism.

‘Monterrey is a strategic centre for companies in Mexico. With the incorporation of Ricardo Morales Barrón, we reinforce our ability to offer high-level legal advice to our clients in this important region. His experience and leadership will be key to consolidating our presence in the country,’ said Jorge Mondragón, Country Chair of Pérez-Llorca in Mexico.

In addition, it is home to a large number of national and international companies, making it a strategic point for business development in the country.

‘Mexico is a priority market for Pérez-Llorca and this appointment responds to the growing demand for specialised legal services required by the country’s business ecosystem,’ said Iván Delgado, International Managing Partner of Pérez-Llorca.

With this reinforcement of its Monterrey office, Pérez-Llorca reaffirms its commitment to Mexico and its commitment to offering high-level legal services in the main regions of the country.
