With nearly 20 years of experience, she advises mining companies on administrative, regulatory, environmental, and corporate matters related to the development and operation of mining projects. Her practice focuses on the design and implementation of legal strategies for obtaining permits and authorizations, conducting legal audits, handling administrative proceedings, strengthening community relations, and managing regulatory and environmental contingencies.

Her extensive experience includes negotiating land access agreements and other arrangements with communities and government entities in connection with mining projects, as well as advising on environmental and mining emergencies, administrative sanctioning proceedings, and contractual matters in the mining sector.

A Trustee at Large of The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law, she also serves as an Officer of the IBA Mining Law Committee. She actively participates in organizations that promote the participation of women in the legal profession, including WIP Peru, WAAIME Peru, and WIM Peru, where she mentors young female lawyers.

She has been recognized by international legal directories such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and Lexology Index as one of Peru’s leading lawyers in Mining and Environment. She was also named among the Top 10 Most Influential Mining Lawyers in Peru by Business Today.
