María Agustina Testa joined the firm in 2017. She is currently a senior associate at the Compliance, Anti-corruption and Investigations Team.
Agustina has advised international and local clients in different compliance-related matters: design and implementation of compliance programs, public ethics and anti-corruption inquiries, and internal investigations. She has also experience on corporate an M&A deals.

She earned a law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella Law School in 2017. In that year, she was awarded a distinction for Academic Excellence granted by the Bar Association of the City Buenos Aires. In addition, she attended the Master’s Degree in Corporate Business Law at Universidad de San Andrés (2021-2022).
Agustina serves as executive director and professor for the Advance Program on Compliance, Anti-corruption and Investigations at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. She has also been invited to lecture at IAE Business School.
Additionally, she is a member of the Compliance Commission of the Bar Association of the City Buenos Aires and Women in Compliance Argentina.

Agustina is a coauthor of the Argentine chapter of the Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations published by the Global Investigations Review (2023), of the Argentine chapter of the Asset Tracing and Recovery Review published by The Law Reviews (2020-2021), in addition to other local and international publications.
