Marval advises on the sale of Ceres Tolvas to Grupo Faro Verde

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised the selling shareholders of Rural Ceres S.A., Tolvas S.A. and Cetomaq24 S.A., collectively Ceres Tolvas, on the sale of all the shares of these companies to Grupo Faro Verde.

Ceres Tolvas has nearly 50 years of experience in the Argentine agricultural value chain and is engaged in grain origination and trading, agricultural inputs, animal nutrition, agrotechnology and agricultural machinery.

The company operates a network of 25 grain storage facilities, 29 agricultural input stores, two animal feed plants and official John Deere dealerships, serving more than 5,000 clients.

Grupo Faro Verde, meanwhile, has more than two decades of experience and operates across several segments of the agricultural value chain, with agricultural, livestock and forestry production activities in Buenos Aires, Patagonia and Uruguay.

The transaction brings together the experience and expertise developed by both organizations, connecting their capabilities across production, commercialization, logistics and services.
