Marval advises CNH Industrial Capital Argentina in the issuance of notes for USD 28,071,681

Marval - On November 12, 2024, CNH Industrial Capital Argentina SA issued Class 7 notes for a total amount of USD 17,014,797, with a fixed interest rate of 6% and which will mature on November 12, 2026; and Class 8 notes for a total of USD 11,056,884, with a fixed interest rate of 7.5% and which will mature on November 12, 2028. The notes were issued under the CNHI Capital’s Global Notes Program not convertible into shares for up to USD 200,000,000.

The placement of the Notes was carried out by Banco Santander Argentina SA and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SAU, as arrangers and placement agents; and by BNP Paribas (Sucursal Buenos Aires), Banco Comafi SA, Balanz Capital Valores SAU, Banco Mariva SA and Macro Securities SAU as placement agents.

The offer was directed to the local market and the notes were authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA and for negotiation in Mercado Abierto Electronico SA.
