Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises BNP Paribas group in the sale of BNP Asset Management and BNP Paribas Argentina Asset Management S.A.  

BNP Paribas has recently sold 100% of the shares of BNP Asset Management Argentina S.A.S.S.G.F.F.C.I. and BNP Paribas Argentina Asset Management S.A. The former is a mutual fund management company in Argentina, pursuant to Law 24.083, while the latter acts as trustee and asset manager of complementary private corporate pension plans in Argentina.

The transaction was completed on November 7, 2023, and closing took place on November 29, 2023.
