Specialises in tax advice to domestic and multinational companies (tax proceedings, family businesses, local taxation, succession planning, real estate taxation, corporate restructuring transactions to optimise tax structures, etc.).
Has taught, and continues to teach, at institutions including FEBF, the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the Fundación Universidad-Empresa (ADEIT) of the University of Valencia, and Universidad CEU-San Pablo.
Before joining BROSETA, he worked at firms including Andersen Tax & Legal, KPMG Abogados, Ernst & Young Abogados, Gómez Acebo & Pombo and Garrigues.
EDUCATION
- Law degree from the University of Valencia (Extraordinary Degree Award). VIII Financial Management Programme at FEBF.
